Project Abstract
Evaluation of a partnership between the RISE Foundation, an Assets for Independence (or AFI) grantee, and Tennessee Child Support Services that aims to help noncustodial parents and their custodial counterparts build assets by referring them to and enrolling them in financial literacy classes and counseling sessions. The program also helps eligible parents open individual development accounts (IDAs).
