CPR
has conducted numerous studies related to child access (visitation). CPR
was a leader in completing some of the first studies on mediation in child
access disputes. Early work by CPR in California, Colorado, Connecticut,
and Minnesota encouraged many courts around the nation to develop mediation
services as a alternative to litigation in family disputes. CPR has also
conducted evaluations of programs designed to enforce visitation orders.
